Sales Development Representative
Commission-BasedRemoteDrive new business by identifying and qualifying leads for our local business clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, setting the tone for every relationship we build.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly activity and conversion targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable in a fully remote, commission-based role
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
